With 5 operating rooms, the perioperative unit provides a 5 day a week elective surgical service as well as a 24/7 non-elective/emergency service to Alice Springs and outlying communities. Around 500 cases per month are carried out, approximately 55% of those are non-elective. Specialties provided include general surgery, obstetrics and gynaecology, orthopaedics, minor vascular, ear nose and throat, ophthalmology, urology, dental, endoscopy, trauma and emergency surgery.

You will be living in Alice Springs which is the hub of the Northern Territory! The perfect base to explore central Australia from.
Nestled between the East and West MacDonnell Ranges, ‘Alice’ is famous for its beautiful desert landscapes, colourful outback characters, opportunities for adventure and a strong Aboriginal culture.

- Be currently registered with AHPRA with no restrictions
