We're on the hunt for a NV1-cleared whole-of-program Training Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. This role is responsible for establishing and managing the Defence Training Forum, supporting the development of Systems Approach to Defence Learning (SADL) and creating training plans.
**Support the development of SADL analyse, design, develop, deliver and implementation deliverables**
**Assist with the preparation of training related project briefs and planning artefacts**

What You Will Own & Drive
- Deliver high-quality, practical training and conduct Verifications of Competency (VOCs) for the site's maintenance and shutdown teams.
- Conduct a thorough Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and gap analysis of the site training matrix to identify and prioritise development opportunities.
- Develop, review, and continuously improve training documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and assessment tools.

This is a full time, permanent position that can be based at either Berri Estates or Rowland Flat.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage the Packaging Operations training and competency assessment framework. Maintain compliance with legal and EA requirements through accurate skills matrices and training records. Oversee induction programs and ensure timely onboarding for new and existing employees. Manage operational training documentation (e.g. SOPs, PPMs, One Point Lessons) to ensure relevance and accessibility. Maintain accurate training records and reporting through central systems, including certificates and attendance tracking. Collaborate with managers and supervisors to develop and deliver a 12-month training roadmap. Communicate training updates and compliance requirements across departments and facilitate regular assessor meetings. Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in training systems and processes.
What We're Looking For
Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and data accuracy. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to influence and collaborate across operational teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience maintaining training and/or assessment records in a compliance-driven environment. (Desirable) Experience in learning and development or compliance training (Desirable) Understanding of manufacturing or bottling operations. (Desirable) Familiarity with Learning or Training Management Systems.

Your Role
endota Spa Training Manager are passionate about leading, coaching and nurturing the team of therapists as well as, providing a diverse range of wellness experiences to our clients that improve their wellbeing.
As the Spa Training Manageer, you are responsible for:
Leading by example by performing advanced skin treatments, massage, body treatments and other beauty services.
Advising clients on products that meet their skincare needs.
Supports the Spa Manager with overall day to day operations of the spa
Leading by example by performing advanced skin treatments, massage, body treatments while providing the best customer experience.
Undertaking training needs analyses for team members in partnership with the leadership team and developing a monthly training plan.
Preparing and delivering training to the broader spa team.
Your Skills & Experience
You must hold a Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy with previous industry experience.
You have availability to work late nights and weekends.
Previous leadership experience.
Proficient IT skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel) and previous experience using an electronic booking system (ideally Zenoti).
You are motivated to achieve KPIs and inspire your team with your high level of customer service.
You have strong communication skills and excellent personal presentation.
Whilst it is our preference to recruit and employ from the local labour market, we will consider applicants who are already in Australia and hold a visa with work rights.
