**The Role**
The MV CLCM Industry & Supply Chain Manager reports to the Deputy Project Director and works within a split responsibility model, managing Australian Industry Capability and supply chain activities within Raytheon and Defence systems; collaborating across the company, MV Asset Class and suppliers to deliver outcomes.

+ Market testing activities;

**Skills, Experience and Qualifications**
+ Requires a University Degree in Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience);
+ Minimum 8 years prior relevant experience (when a university degree is held);
+ Expert knowledge of Australian industry and government with established networks.
+ Demonstrated experience in:
+ Collaborating across multi-disciplinary and geographic dispersed teams;

+ Demonstrable experience in Trade and Supply Chain Finance a must
+ Extensive market and industry knowledge
+ Strong business acumen and ability to develop new revenue / cross selling opportunities
+ Good communication skills with the ability to influence others

**Qualifications**
To deliver on responsibilities in helping customers grow their long-term capabilities through increased utilisation of Microsoft products, you will have:
+ 7+ Years implementing, supporting or doing technical sales of ERP Solutions, Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Supply Chain will be an advantage
+ Experience and ability to explain key solutions and architectures in the ERP business applications space, with emphasis on the Financials and Procurement space
+ Organizational, presentation, and solution demonstration skills through storytelling
+ Experience engaging with executives

PROGRAM DETAILS:
This year the Magnum Ice Cream Company - Supply Chain internship Programme will be offering hands on, expertise led Supply Chain projects. Dive into a dynamic internship where you'll be matched with one of three impactful projects designed to kickstart your career. Whether you're validating cutting-edge Clean-in-Place systems in ice cream production, streamlining inventory and machine data to unlock operational efficiency, or driving safety innovation through risk assessments and chemical spill control, you'll be solving real-world challenges alongside industry experts. It's a chance to gain hands-on experience, sharpen your technical skills, and make a meaningful contribution in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment-perfect for students ready to turn knowledge into action.
Over the three-month internship, you will be assigned a business leader as your personal mentor, provided line manager support, gain hands-on experience, develop critical professional skills, and contribute to meaningful projects that impact the business.
The programme will commence from December 2025 to March 2026 and will be based on-site at our Minto Streets Ice Cream office & factory.
We understand that university timetables can vary, so we are happy to offer flexibility. We can discuss both full-time and part-time internships during this period, (excluding the holiday period of Christmas and New Year).
REQUIREMENTS:
+ You must be in your penultimate (second to last) or final year of study (i.e. final semester in 2025 or 2026
+ You must hold an Australian Permanent Resident /Citizenship or New Zealand Citizenship
+ You will need to be available to commence full time onsite employment (Minto NSW) from the 1 December 2025 for the 12-week program
+ A degree in a relevant area: Mechanical, Chemical, Process and/or Electrical Engineering, Food Technology/Science, Occupational Health & Safety or Business/IT/Science.
