Amazon is seeking a motivated Transportation Program Manager who will work across the organization to determine the technical needs, goals, and execution plans to develop our existing middle mile logistics network in Australia. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team in an emerging business at Amazon!

Key job responsibilities
- Help implement Australia Transportation's middle-mile tech tools functionalities and adaption across carriers.
- Work with internal tech teams to communicate business requirement and help define the business requirement.
- Work with multiple stakeholders across different external and internal teams to capture business requirement from middle mile transportation perspective.
- Manage and develop the programs related to middle mile assets across the network.
- Build and manage reports around middle network assets.
- Prepare and coordinate operations calls, business reviews, and customer service workshops as needed.
- Coordinate and communicate transportation planning and forecasts with carriers to ensure sufficient capacity.
Basic Qualifications
- Professional supply chain and logistics, transportation, or e-commerce experience.
- Proficiency in advanced MS Excel (macros, pivot tables, etc.), SQL, and Tableau.
- Ability to prepare, report and interpret large sets of data.
- Solid inter-personal and relationship-building skills.
- Good organisational skills and ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience driving end to end program delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience.
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
- Experience in analytics/project/program management and facilitation of large cross-functional teams in business operations and technology process improvement areas.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Basic Qualifications
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.),
- Experience managing large data sets and utilizing to drive performance and process improvements,
- Ability to use good judgement in challenging situations,
- Demonstrated problem solving ability,
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (including email management, report writing and ability to prepare and analyze data),
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet business needs,
- Willingness to travel to and work at various locations across Sydney as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of relevant program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or equivalent experience
- Experience with SQL highly desirable,
- Fulfill government background checks to qualify for an ASIC (Aviation Security Identification Card)
- Able to secure appropriate airport authority and/or Customs security badges, if applicable.

**What you will do**
+ Ensure all OH&S, COR and legislative requirements are adhered to at all times.
+ Assist with efficient Customer responses to issues.
+ Participate in the review process of all current SOP's.
+ Identify new SOP's to be developed to improve efficiencies to deliver increased profitability through process improvement.
+ Develop and implement change to improve process of orders and delivery of finished goods.
+ Monitor order flows and highlight areas of improvement.
+ Create and maintain internal/external relationships to ensure efficient and effective order processing / deliveries.
+ Produce Operational KPI's to support logistics with service levels of 3PL and Freight suppliers.
+ Claim investigation understanding and POD collation.
**About you**
+ An excellent knowledge of supply chain in particular 3PL warehouse, transport networks, and logistics processes.
+ Ideally experienced within the Retail transport sector.
+ Exposure to ERP Software, particularly JDE and/or SAP.
+ Project management understanding and experience.
+ Effective stakeholder management skills.
+ The ability to influence change and drive process improvement through collaborative team environments.

The Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for optimizing supply chain processes, problem-solving, and ensuring seamless coordination between teams to support business objectives.
This position reports to the Financial Controller and is part of the operational support team of Selling Unit located in Lane Cove West NSW and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Oversee the movement, tracking, and utilization of demo units. Facilitate the demo loan process for the commercial team, ensuring proper documentation and maintaining clear visibility of equipment custody at all times.
+ Perform daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, dispatching, and stock transfers to ensure smooth warehouse functioning and support On-Time Delivery targets;
+ Ensure strict adherence to warehouse safety protocols, proactively promoting a safe working environment and timely reporting and treatment of any safety incidents;
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ Proven Warehouse Management experience, ideally within the medical devices industry or other highly regulated industries;
+ Excellent organisation and planning skills, ability to multi-task;
+ Must have a valid High-Reach Forklift Work license with at least 5 years experience handling complex loads;
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
+ Understanding of medical device industry
+ Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office suites
+ SAP experience.
+ Certificate 4 in Warehousing and Distribution.
+ Dangerous Goods Handling license, Air and Sea.
