About Us
We are a growing digital health technology company supporting clinicians and consumers through innovative mobile and web solutions. We currently manage several websites on Webflow and are seeking a motivated student to help us review, streamline, and improve their design and organisation.
The Role
As a Web Design & Development Intern , you will:
Work with our product and marketing team to review our existing Webflow websites.
Analyse site structure, usability, and design consistency.
Suggest and implement improvements to site organisation, navigation, and content layouts.
Support in updating design elements, optimising performance, and ensuring responsiveness.
Document recommendations and changes for future maintenance.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll gain real-world experience applying your web design and development skills in a professional setting.
About You
We are looking for a student who is:
Currently studying Web Design, Computer Science, Digital Media, UX/UI, or a related field .
Has some experience with Webflow (projects, coursework, or freelance work).
Familiar with HTML/CSS basics and responsive design principles.
Detail-oriented, creative, and eager to learn.
Able to communicate ideas clearly and work collaboratively.

Build Digital Experiences That Matter
Sydney Water is seeking a talented Full Stack Front-End Developer to help deliver high-impact digital solutions that enhance customer experience and service delivery. You’ll work across modern tech stacks to design, develop, and optimise applications that are secure, scalable, and user-focused.
What You’ll Do
Develop and enhance front-end applications on Spatial Platform with seamless back-end integration using APIs.
Deliver clean, responsive, and accessible user interfaces.
Ensure high-quality code aligned with industry and Sydney Water standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer-centric outcomes.
Passion for design, performance, and usability.
Experience in agile environments, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes.
About You
Tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
Strong front-end skills with full stack capability.
Solid understanding of modern web standards—semantic HTML, CSS, nodeJS and data handling.
Proven ability to design and deliver end-to-end solutions with clean architecture and modular design.
Familiarity with architectural patterns and broader digital technology domains.
Demonstrated ability to build trust, influence and communicate effectively, and in establishing strong, productive relationships.
