Experienced Residential Housekeepers Needed – Holmview
Join Get You Housekeeping, a trusted company with 14 years of experience providing professional housekeeping services across Sydney and Brisbane. We focus on regular weekly housekeeping for private homes. No commercial sites, no random gig work, just consistent clients who value trust and reliability.

What We Offer$32.25 to $45.50 per hour, paid weekly on Tuesdays
Ongoing weekly shifts with the same households
Weekday work only (no weekends or late nights)
Minimum 3 to 4 hour shifts
Cleaning products and supplies provided by the clients
Paid in-person training to get you started
Supportive and respectful management team
Promotion opportunities for reliable and consistent workers
Your ResponsibilitiesCleaning kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and living areas
Making and changing beds
Laundry tasks (washing, folding, ironing)
General tidying and light household organising
Who We’re Looking ForPrevious housekeeping or residential/hotel cleaning experience
Living in or near Holmview, or willing to travel locally
Availability any day from Monday to Friday between 8 am and 6 pm
Conversational English
Already in Australia with valid work rights
(Note: Working Holiday Visa applicants must have solid housekeeping experience and commit to a minimum of 6 months)

In partnership with Plenary Group, IHG Hotels & Resorts (IHG) is bringing its world-class Crowne Plaza brand to the Victorian regional city of Geelong. Scheduled to open in 2026, Crowne Plaza Geelong will redefine premium accommodation, offering a sophisticated stay for both leisure and corporate travellers. It will form part of the highly anticipated Nyaal Banyul Geelong Convention and Exhibition Centre precinct, a transformative development featuring a 1,000-seat convention centre, exhibition spaces, and a vibrant retail and hospitality hub. Located in the heart of the emerging precinct, this 200-room hotel will feature spacious suites, an extensive restaurant and bar offering, pool, gym, and meeting facilities.
Every room has to be perfect. We're searching for the right Executive Housekeeper to make sure our standards never slip - managing all aspects of our housekeeping and laundry operations to deliver memorable and unique guest experiences. With every single stay.
**A little taste of your day-to-day**
Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:
+ Managing, coaching, and developing a team (both external and internal) dedicated to exceptional housekeeping standards
+ Maintaining and ordering supplies and equipment - while minimising waste - in support of our green initiatives
+ Helping to refine and prepare budgets that help us maximise profitability
+ Addressing special requests for guests, VIPs, repeat visitors and VIP Club members
+ Assisting with deep cleaning projects and occasionally assisting your team during busy periods
+ Educating all team members on the importance of remaining compliant with federal, state, and local laws and safety standards
**What we need from you**
+ Excellent communication and strong interpersonal strong skills
+ Business language and tools acumen
+ Bachelor's Degree/higher education qualification/equivalent in hospitality or related field
+ A genuine desire to serve both your internal and external guests
+ 3+ years total experience in a rooms related setting or related field
+ Direct management experience over a Housekeeping team
+ Must speak local language
