The successful candidate is experienced in a particular technology domain, such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Security, Enterprise systems, Data or Software development, with mature technical training experience and, ideally, hands-on exposure to Amazon Web Services.
In this role, you will deliver training content to customers that drive adoption and usage of AWS services. You'll have an opportunity to combine a passion for teaching with enthusiasm for technology, to own the learning experience and establish positive customer relationships. You will have excellent communication skills and proven technology training experience.
Hold or be able to attain an Australian Government Security Vetting Agency clearance (see job responsibilities
Deliver classroom and on-line training to customers and partners.
Assist in developing and maintaining training content, lab exercises, presentations, and accompanying materials.
Capture and share best-practice knowledge across the training community.
Understand AWS market segments, customer base, and industry verticals.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience communicating and delivering presentations to customers, stakeholders, and/or teammates
- 2+ years of IT experience
- A strong "stage presence" and ability to manage a classroom of adult learners.
- An ability to engage others on a wide range of technical/Cloud topics.
- Ability to travel as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- AWS Certified Solution Architect - Associate Level Knowledge and/or hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure services.
- Recent experience in one or more of the preferred IT domains - AI/ML, Data/Analytics, Security, Enterprise Systems or Software development Experience creating and maintaining training materials.
