# Job Summary:
To supervise the delivery of project to ensure the project is delivered to scope, quality, time and budget within the Business' objectives for Safety, Security and Environmental standards
In this role, you will manage direct reports and lead interdisciplinary teams to establish construction methods and support activities. You will oversee the construction process, review plans and specifications for costs and constructability, manage corporate processes and procedures, and lead proposal preparation. Your recommendations for studies, lessons learned, project assessments, and new methods will optimize completion of project construction activities.
# Major Responsibilities:
+ Manage and oversee the technical and engineering aspects of the project, ensuring that all assigned projects are delivered within the agreed costs, timings, quality, and scope.
+ This includes managing the delivery of capital works projects and undertaking engineering activities as required.
+ Provide advice to the business and ensure that pavements are managed and maintained to the appropriate standards.
+ Build strong business relationships with designers, contractors, and stakeholders is crucial.
+ This involves working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives, soliciting input from others, and facilitating effective collaboration among teams and external partners.
+ Ensure all designs and technical requirements align with Project objectives and standards is essential.
+ This includes overseeing the production of design briefs, technical tender documents, and providing general technical advice.
+ Manage contracts effectively, developing project contracting strategies, negotiating contracts, and ensure that all contractual obligations are met.
+ Familiarity with standardised agreements, templates, and documentation is essential.
+ Guarantee compliance with safety and security legislation is critical.
+ Understand and adhere to regulations related to construction permits, and safety standards.
+ Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during the construction process.
+ Have a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to make informed decisions based on technical knowledge and experience.
# Education and Experience Requirements:
+ Requires bachelor's or master's degree (or international equivalent) and 10-13 years of relevant experience or 14-17 years of relevant work experience
+ Certificate IV in Civil Construction Supervision (RII40720) is highly recommended
+ Traffic Management and WHS Risk Management training are often essential
+ White Card (Construction Induction Card) mandatory for site access
# Required Knowledge and Skills:
+ 5+ years in civil construction, with 2+ years on infrastructure projects
+ Proven ability to manage asphalt and concrete paving, earthworks, and drainage systems
+ Experience coordinating with authorities, contractors, and engineering consultants
# Additional Skills
+ Ability to interpret Civil & Utilities design specs, including road thickness, lighting systems, and stormwater controls
+ Leadership and documentation skills for managing non-routine problems and technical solutions

What You'll DoIn the role of Water Treatment Specialist, your duties will include:
+ Ensures that plant operations follow operating guidelines, and that treated water is safe and acceptable entering the distribution system
+ Assumes responsibility for complete operation and maintenance of treatment plant
+ Monitors, operates, repairs, and maintains plant processes and associated equipment system components
+ Conducts daily rounds and inspections for treatment systems, water wells, main pump stations, water storage tanks, and swimming pools
+ Collects, inspects, tests, and evaluates representative water samples to meet regulations range
+ Maintains chemical feed pumps to adjust proper dosage rate of chemicals
+ Checks chemical dosage tank level and refill tank
+ Performs routine preventive maintenance on plant equipment to include calibrations, basic mechanical and electrical work, and lubricating and replacing parts
+ Maintains all required records such as daily operating logs, AF forms, daily inspection process forms, and chemical and repair parts inventory and compiles and analyzes data and reports daily
+ Manages the operating budget and materials/supplies procurement for the wastewater plant.
Requirements:
+ Must be a US or Australian citizen
+ Must have the ability to obtain and maintain an active US Secret clearance or AUS PV Clearance.
+ An Associate Degree in a related field, such as environmental science or chemistry.
+ A high school diploma and on-the-job training in job duties of wastewater treatment may be considered.
+ A minimum of 5 years' experience in water treatment
+ Must possess excellent communication skills.

+ Retain and defend existing customers and prospect and develop new opportunities to grow the Power Generation business across NSW, including both metro and regional areas.
+ Sell low Kva generators and High Horsepower (HHP) projects to maximise sales growth within the state.

**In this role you will make an impact and gain experience in the following ways:**
+ Supporting the work of the Power Generation Engineering Team by assisting Power Generation Application Engineers daily on Power Generation projects and product engineering support
+ Cummins products Application Engineering - analysing proposed installations in compliance to Cummins PG products Application manuals
+ Project engineering - including all associated design and documentation preparation work supporting Projects Tender Submissions
