**YOUR FUTURE ROLE**
Within SAP BTM s Value Management Team you will be responsible for defining and driving strategic and value-based approaches while engaging with strategic customers from SAP's premium segments. Within this role you will further act as trusted value and transformation expert during the whole customer value journey for assigned customers giving them guidance along SAP Signavio' s customer engagement model to reach their business goals and to ensure value realization with our solution from potential value discovery identification and prioritization in Pre-Sales to value qualification, delivery and realization in Post-Sales.

**Drive Value Preparation activities.**
· Align with customer on strategic priorities and value drivers.
· Establish the bridge between customer's strategic value drivers & how SAP BTM can support delivering those
**Identify Value Potential**
· Discover potential initiatives leveraging SAP Signavio.
· Drive Value Quantification, Qualification & Initiatives Prioritization with the customer, focusing on short term and long-term value strategies
**Accelerate Value Delivery**
· Drive Value workshops with the customer with focus on pattern & root cause identification.
· Support the customer in establishing action plans to realize on the value identified
**Coordinate Value Realization & Monitoring**
· Establish a clear monitoring & target realization methodology with the customer.
· Continuous monitor, report & communicate value realized & adjustments to the customer portfolio roadmap.
**Support Value at Scale**
· Provide continuous feedback to Product & Engineering to enhance the product & increase adoption at our customers.
· Empower BTM solution as value enabler, articulating not only the value management approach beyond process and enterprise architecture management but also in the context of other SAP LoBs.
**To be successful, you bring the following skills and experience**
- 8 years of Business Consulting experience (beyond technical implementation) and experience in Value Management / Advisory (development of process improvement value cases and realization of value at scale)
- Demonstrated experience driving revenue generating streams within the organization.
- Practical experience in Continuous Improvement and Lean/Agile methods and process expertise (e.g.: P2P, O2C, Operate to Maintain, H2R) with clear value outcomes shown in previous engagements.
- Practical experience in value-driven transformation approaches from value identification to realization
- Deep knowledge and practical experience in data-driven Business Process Management (BPM) and/or Process Mining.
- Experience in Client Relationship, Stakeholder and Change Management
- Project Management Experience, being able to drive different project portfolios across customers, from a value realization standpoint.
- Expert knowledge on process automation, mining, and management technology (SAP Signavio or competitor solutions), its implementation, application, and usage for continuous value creation is an asset.
- English Fluency is a must - other language is a plus

Bechtel is providing a wide variety project and contract management services, crossing all disciplines, to customers in Western Australia to support exciting capital works programmes, including in aviation, defence and energy infrastructure. # Job Summary:
As Asset Management and Handover Manager you will report to the Completions and Assurance Manager and you will provide program-wide oversight of the turnover and completions program and handover documentation program, including program-wide reporting. Provides technical and program guidance to delivery teams. Develops handover documentation programs in conjunction with delivery teams.
# Major Responsibilities:
+ Ensures early planning and execution for turnover/handover activities from contractors.
+ Establish the asset management site wide hierachy
+ Interface with Head of Project Controls and Spatial Data & Systems Manager on project coding.
+ Interface with digital engineering/BIM to ensure asset information requirements are captured within the BIM management plan and coordinate reviews.
+ Responsible for determining requirements for handover with customer and contractors, and creating, structuring, and executing a program that will support documentation and asset handover.
+ Ensures that correct handover requirements are identified up front and placed into contractor requirements and contracts.
+ Review, provide input, monitor progress and provide oversight of the contractor's completion and handover management plan.
+ Ensure the contractor's handover documentation programs meet contract requirements and project targets, and is consistent across the project.
+ Engages with contractor construction and commissioning teams to focus on work areas to support the completions effort, including the clearance of punch list items and submittal of completions documents; this includes driving turnover and punch list meetings.
+ Ensure contractors adhere to their contract obligations.
+ Develops reporting material using the various tools available (PowerBI dashboard, BIM models, construction documentation, construction programs, etc.) to provide program-wide management level reporting of handover documentation status.
+ Liaises with the contractor's construction and commissioning teams to ensure an effective punch list process that compliments and benefits the overall completion effort.
+ Oversees and conducts quality assurance reviews of contractor certification packages.
+ Manages complex organizational interactions that evolve from the participation of several functional teams or from customer-established relationships.
# Education and Experience Requirements:
+ Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10-13 years of relevant experience or 14-17 years of relevant work experience
# Required Knowledge and Skills:
+ Skill in working and communicating effectively, both orally and in writing, with other project functional groups. Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
+ Demonstrated experience in project handover and completions processes and procedures for major infrastructure or aviation projects.
+ Technical knowledge of related construction systems, applications of engineering and construction and commissioning methods and materials for major Infrastructure projects.
+ Experience working with and managing contracts. Proficient knowledge of project commissioning and completion processes and procedures.
+ Computer literate in MS Office and database applications as well as BIM environments required.

* Previous history performing FITGAP analysis and leading workshops with client business representatives and Process Architects.
