**About the role**
We are seeking expressions of interest from talented Auslan interpreters. Working from home, you would join our Video Relay Service team delivering the National Relay Service.
**As an Auslan Interpreter you will:**
+ Deliver exceptional customer service to the Deaf, speech communication difficulty and hard of hearing communities
+ Provide an efficient response to customer requests
+ Maintain strict confidentiality while dealing with personal and sensitive information in an accurate and careful manner

**What we are looking for:**
+ Wired NBN Internet Connection - minimum download 10mbs+, minimum upload 10mbs+ Looking for Interpreters to work min. 8 hours a week Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm
+ Saturday shift available 8am to 12noon - 25% penalty rate applies
+ NAATI accredited Provisional Interpreters and Certified Interpreters
+ 5+ years proven experience interpreting in a range of contexts within the Deaf community
+ Understand and follow the Interpreter Code of Ethics
+ Current ASLIA membership is preferable
+ Be available to undertake 3 days of online training
