This role is a permanent, full-time role and is based at our site in Brisbane.
**Group / Division: PSG / Drug Substance division**
**Position Summary:**
This job handles Staff coordination, Inbound and outbound activities in the warehouse, material movement to departments, stock take, reconciliation and sampling activities following the EH&S and cGMP requirements.
This role also provides back-up support to both Distribution Supervisor and Inventory Coordinator.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Tasks:**
+ Coordinate Operational material and staff management for both Warehouses
+ Coordinate Picking 2 weeks in advance from demand from Production Schedule
+ Coordinate and support creation of Solution Task
+ Raise material unavailability
+ Coordinate and Process incoming and outbound goods
+ Put-away material to designated storage locations and perform audits on put-away
+ Coordinate material request from departments or picking list
+ Coordinate sampling requirements of raw materials
+ Responding and acting to alarms - BMS
+ Lead goods flows
+ Lead upgrades and/or expansion programs of the materials management processes.
+ Ensure cGMP storage and flow of (raw) materials
**Maintain:**
+ Order and timing of inbound/outbound activities
+ Maintain high inventory accuracy and cycle count as required
+ Housekeeping and cleanliness of warehouse and equipment
+ Physical systems and tools for goods flow processing
+ Daily warehouse equipment checks and maintains logbook
+ Maintain excellent customer service - internally and when dealing with suppliers/transportation companies
+ Coordinate any Warehouse/Cold room cleaning requirements and freezers calibration requirements
**Shipments:**
+ Assisting in driving company trucks when required
**Procurement:**
+ Support procurement activities as and when required
+ Support End of month/year Finance Reporting
**Quality:**
+ Maintain Quality and Data Integrity requirements
+ Report and investigate any deviation
+ Support investigation team and Manager in writing deviation, SOP and Work Instructions
+ Support any audit requirements
+ Coordinate and prepare site for Regulatory/ Internal Audits
**Projects:**
+ Teamwork in special projects when needed.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Accurate, complete, timely and consistent administration of all material movement related processes to cGMP standards.
+ Execution of specific EH&S tasks.
+ Maintain safety, security, and housekeeping standards.
+ Cycle counts as per SOP requirement.
+ Participate in warehouse PPI activities
**Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:**
+ Warehouse certification or similar
+ SAP (or other ERP) system experience
+ GDP (Good Distribution Practice) and GMP Experience
+ Inventory and materials management experience
+ Experience working in a manufacturing facility
+ Valid Forklift and MR Truck License

**A DAY IN THE LIFE.**
Reporting to the Gympie Factory Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for
+ Supervision of 4 forklift operators
+ Timely and accurate goods receipt and dispatch.
+ Servicing of materials to 9 filling lines.
+ Pallet management; both CHEP, and waste pallets.
+ Coordination of cycle counting
+ Ensuring materials are properly stored in the warehouses.
+ Waste collection management.
+ Site contact for management of the forklift fleet, forklift scanners, and racking.
+ Construction of a weekly truck plan in conjunction with the Operational Buyers to ensure delivery of both inbound and out bound materials, in a cost effective manner.
+ Ensure compliance to Nestles Safety and Chain of Responsibility, systems, and procedures.
+ Undertake root cause analysis and corrective actions where deviations to standards are identified.
This is a site-based role, working Monday to Friday. This role includes leading hand allowance.

Reporting to the Service Leader - Rio Tinto you will be responsible for leading the daily operations of our warehouse facility in Karratha, WA. **What will your typical day look like?**
+ Conduct daily pre-start meeting.
+ Understand and assign daily priorities based on business requirements.
+ Daily monitoring and supervision of all warehouse activities and warehouse staff, adjustment of daily workloads and priorities dependent upon changing business priorities.
+ Oversee warehouse receipts, deliveries and dispatches to ensure quality and quantity of commodities.
+ Verify quality and count of commodities being received, collected and delivered from the Wabtec warehouse.
+ Check all loads before they are dispatched; spot check all goods received.
+ Understand all internal inventory processes.
+ Become proficient in areas of Warehouse operations to cover daily operations if and when required. ie. Forklift operation
+ Liaise with transport vendors as point of site contact
+ Identify and address inventory reduction and relocation, and document correctly all such operations.
+ Perform regular physical inventories of commodities counts in the warehouse. Maintain inventory records.
+ Monitoring and controlling inventory integrity through audit and correct material handling practices.
+ Resolve inventory problems in a timely manner and escalate as required.
+ Track and report non-conforming products to ensure transactional integrity.
+ Supervise cleaning, maintenance and repair of the warehouse.
+ Conduct regular warehouse inspections, including but not limited to controls, standard operating procedures, safe working practices, etc.
+ Ensure accurate and neat stacking of commodities. Train employees on good stacking methods and commodity handling practices.
+ Attend daily operational meetings as required, both internally and with customer
+ Encourage and positively reinforce open and continuous coordination and collaboration with the other functions, to ensure that the warehouse provides highest quality service.
+ Perform other tasks as identified and judged necessary by the Global Operations Director.
**What do we want to know about you?**
+ High school diploma.
+ Forklift Licence.
+ Some training and/or experience in Commodity or General Stock Management, Logistics, Financial Management, Accounting or equivalent would be preferred.

**How you will contribute**
We're seeking a hands-on, results-driven Warehouse Manager to join our HR Products division in Canning Vale, on a full-time basis.
Reporting to the State Manager, you will be responsible for managing all warehouse operations, including the accurate and timely receipt, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of products, while leading a high-performing warehouse team and driving operational excellence, safety, and continuous improvement.
**Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to;**
+ Overseeing the accurate and timely receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods, ensuring quality control and adherence to procedures.
+ Maintaining up-to-date inventory records through regular stocktakes and effective stock control to meet operational demand.
+ Leading, training, and managing warehouse staff, creating a safe, productive, and team-oriented work environment.
+ Coordinating freight logistics and shipping documentation to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
+ Ensuring safe use and regular maintenance of equipment, with full compliance to Australian safety standards.
+ Identifying and implementing process improvements to boost warehouse efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.

+ Proven experience in warehouse and inventory management, logistics, and aligning operations with production needs.
+ Strong leadership skills with experience in team recruitment, training, and performance management.
+ Highly proficient in ERP and warehouse management systems to support efficient workflows.
+ Skilled in prioritising tasks and managing workloads in fast-paced environments.
+ Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement with a problem-solving mindset.
+ Strong working knowledge of warehouse safety, equipment maintenance, and continuous improvement practices.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**QUALIFICATIONS**

+ Demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer service - a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences and maintaining strong client relationships.
+ Communicates effectively - Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
+ Logistics and Warehousing experience preferred, including 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) provider management.
+ You must be certified to operate forklifts and/or other warehouse machinery.
+ High Risk License (Forklift).
