**How you create impact**
You will be responsible for controlling the quality + quantity of incoming +/or outgoing goods through detailed inspection processes. This will include maintaining quality data using relevant software + forms, implementing preventative measures to ensure outputs of high quality while analyzing + reporting quality issues to external + internal stakeholders.
The activities needed to deliver these objectives include:
+ To review all relevant processes, isolating errors, verifying correct processes + ensuring that all required quality standards are met at all times.
+ To analyze internal + external errors including customer complaints using root cause analysis, then implement preventative measures + optimization of quality processes.
+ To create + maintain all relevant documents in accordance with ISO standards.
+ To use co-packing software + any other tools necessary, as well as creating + proposing new solutions to improve co-packing processes.
+ To deliver + explain various quality control reports as required.
**What we would like you to bring**
+ Minimum 3 years' experience in warehouse quality assurance, preferably in healthcare or regulated environments
+ Familiarity with GMP, GDP, and other relevant regulatory standards
+ Experience implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems (QMS)
+ Ability to manage CAPA, deviation reports, and change control processes
+ Skilled in conducting internal audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews
+ Ensure compliance in storage conditions, including temperature and humidity monitoring
+ Oversee batch record evaluations and release of relabelled/repackaged products
+ Manage processes for returned, rejected, or recalled goods
+ Act as key contact for regulatory authorities and customer audits
+ Support commercial teams during RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs with quality-related input
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
+ Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to risk identification and mitigation

Reporting to the Service Leader - Rio Tinto you will be responsible for leading the daily operations of our warehouse facility in Karratha, WA. You will play a leading role in ensuring the efficient and effective execution of day-to-day activities of the warehouse and related distribution functions. **What will your typical day look like?**
+ Conduct daily pre-start meeting.
+ Understand and assign daily priorities based on business requirements.
+ Daily monitoring and supervision of all warehouse activities and warehouse staff, adjustment of daily workloads and priorities dependent upon changing business priorities.
+ Oversee warehouse receipts, deliveries and dispatches to ensure quality and quantity of commodities.
+ Verify quality and count of commodities being received, collected and delivered from the Wabtec warehouse.
+ Check all loads before they are dispatched; spot check all goods received.
+ Understand all internal inventory processes.
+ Become proficient in areas of Warehouse operations to cover daily operations if and when required. ie. Forklift operation
+ Liaise with transport vendors as point of site contact
+ Identify and address inventory reduction and relocation, and document correctly all such operations.
+ Perform regular physical inventories of commodities counts in the warehouse. Maintain inventory records.
+ Monitoring and controlling inventory integrity through audit and correct material handling practices.
+ Resolve inventory problems in a timely manner and escalate as required.
+ Track and report non-conforming products to ensure transactional integrity.
+ Supervise cleaning, maintenance and repair of the warehouse.
+ Conduct regular warehouse inspections, including but not limited to controls, standard operating procedures, safe working practices, etc.
+ Ensure accurate and neat stacking of commodities. Train employees on good stacking methods and commodity handling practices.
+ Attend daily operational meetings as required, both internally and with customer
+ Encourage and positively reinforce open and continuous coordination and collaboration with the other functions, to ensure that the warehouse provides highest quality service.
+ Perform other tasks as identified and judged necessary by the Global Operations Director.
**What do we want to know about you?**
+ High school diploma.
+ Forklift Licence.
+ Some training and/or experience in Commodity or General Stock Management, Logistics, Financial Management, Accounting or equivalent would be preferred.
+ 5-10 years experience working in a warehouse environment.

We now have an opportunity for a Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator to join our team based at our head office in Mentone. A unique role that is a mix for both warehouse operations and inventory control.
**What you will do**
Reporting to the Logistics Warehouse & Inventory Manager you will ensure that all finish goods warehouses perform and maintain the standards as set out by Simplot Australia to deliver operational excellence, data integrity, and supply reliability to Simplot's customer base. You will ensure controls are in place to ensure only product approved for distribution enters the marketplace and customer fulfilment requirements are met, as well as support ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled in full and on time:
+ You will support the Supply Chain & Customer fulfilment department to maintain inventory accuracy & warehouse operations at 3PL warehouses nationally.
+ You will work alongside our 3PL partners to work through daily operational issues and challenges as well as identify CI opportunities across both businesses to operate more efficiently.
+ You will work with our production sites to improve work practices, correct EDI errors when required to ensure customer orders are not impacted as well as resolve delivery disputes to ensure no disruption to customer supplies. Further to this you will answer daily queries around stock balances and availability to support business operations.
+ Key to this role also includes interacting with the Logistics team (Operations, Transport & International), Deployment, Customer Service, QA and our Sales and Marketing teams as well as our external 3PL & Transport teams.
Most importantly you will ensure quality held and out-of-spec products do not enter the marketplace, monitor daily transactions and detect and fix discrepancies to prevent data integrity issues. Your continuous improvement mindset will assist projects to manage inventory & operations more effectively and efficiently.
**About you**
+ You are experienced managing and reconciling Inventory, ideally through Third Party provision.
+ Energetic, motivated and highly organised individual with a continuous improvement mindset.
+ Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
+ The ability to make well considered decisions' and prioritise tasks balancing business imperatives in your decision-making process.
+ Excellent attention to detail.
+ Outstanding written personal and communication skills.
+ Exceptional computer literacy across MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) & Power BI.
+ Ideally experienced with or capable of learning the JDE system.
+ Ideally experienced within warehousing, transport or manufacturing.
