**The Opportunity**

+ Stock control, ensuring all inventory is in good working order and available for events
+ Be constantly aware of the property inventory, location of equipment, oversee tidiness of the warehouse

**A DAY IN THE LIFE.**
Reporting to the Gympie Factory Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for
+ Supervision of 4 forklift operators
+ Timely and accurate goods receipt and dispatch.
+ Servicing of materials to 9 filling lines.
+ Pallet management; both CHEP, and waste pallets.
+ Coordination of cycle counting
+ Ensuring materials are properly stored in the warehouses.
+ Waste collection management.
+ Site contact for management of the forklift fleet, forklift scanners, and racking.
+ Construction of a weekly truck plan in conjunction with the Operational Buyers to ensure delivery of both inbound and out bound materials, in a cost effective manner.
+ Ensure compliance to Nestles Safety and Chain of Responsibility, systems, and procedures.
+ Undertake root cause analysis and corrective actions where deviations to standards are identified.
This is a site-based role, working Monday to Friday. This role includes leading hand allowance.

**WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL**
+ Qualifications and/or experience in warehouse management.
+ Current forklift license.
+ Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.

+ Attention to detail with customer service focus
+ Competent computer skills is essential with experience using SAP preferred.

**How you create impact**
You will be responsible for controlling the quality + quantity of incoming +/or outgoing goods through detailed inspection processes. + Minimum 3 years' experience in warehouse quality assurance, preferably in healthcare or regulated environments
+ Familiarity with GMP, GDP, and other relevant regulatory standards
+ Experience implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems (QMS)
+ Ability to manage CAPA, deviation reports, and change control processes
+ Skilled in conducting internal audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews
+ Ensure compliance in storage conditions, including temperature and humidity monitoring
+ Oversee batch record evaluations and release of relabelled/repackaged products
+ Manage processes for returned, rejected, or recalled goods
+ Act as key contact for regulatory authorities and customer audits

We are currently recruiting for a **Shipping & Receiving Specialists** to join our team at Tullamarine Australia.
The Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Specialist provides support by assisting with all receipt, dispatch, and related support activities. Successful applicants will have experience in material management, warehousing, booking freight, use of plant, and manual handling equipment.
**Job Responsibilities will include:**
+ Receipt, storage, handling, packaging & shipping and issuing of inventory at the warehouse facility
+ Lift and carry cartons weighing up to 35 lbs. and manage cartons in excess of 35 lbs. utilizing available safety tools
+ Places parts in proper location after identifying and verifying part numbers
+ Uses a utility cart, identifies cartons by part number, uses a computer or laptop, cart, cycle counts product, hand scanner and PC
+ Picking and filling orders using a laptop computer or hand scanner. Print and batch pick tickets and prepare warehouse pull and return
+ Load and off-load material to/from delivery truck, sort reconcile, enter information into ERP system, prepare for counting process
+ Matches paperwork to box and prepares orders for billing/shipping
+ Relocate items between office and warehouse as required. Organise and manage contractors to relocate large items
**To be successful you will have:**
+ 2-4 years of related work experience, international shipping/warehouse experienced preferred
+ Previous experience in the receipt and dispatch of goods and services
+ Experience in operating material handling equipment
+ Ability to lift and carry cartons weighing up to 35 lbs, utilizing available safety tools
+ Ability to fluently, read, write and speak English
+ Basic Computer Knowledge including knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
+ Current valid driver's license with clean dri, ving record (at sites where driving forms part of the role), Forklift license is highly regarded
+ Ability to stand and walk on cement floors for long periods of time throughout the workday
+ Must be detailed oriented, efficient, and able to work in a fast-paced atmosphere
+ A strong commitment to WH&S policies and procedures
+ Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a "can do" attitude
