+ Deep knowledge of Oracle Retail Merchandising solutions, including functional and technical capabilities.

+ Strong understanding of retail business processes, especially merchandising, inventory, supply chain, and pricing strategies.

+ Act as a subject matter expert to clients, providing in-depth knowledge of Oracle Retail Merchandising solutions, including Merchandising Operations Management, Pricing, Invoice Matching, Sales Audit, Supplier Collaboration and Inventory Management.
+ Present understanding of retail industry trends and best practices, while showcasing Oracle Merchandising and AI/ML solutions to address key business challenges.
+ Lead functional aspects of the sales process as a business and solution expert.
+ Engage and influence senior stakeholders through compelling presentations, relationship building, demonstrations, and clear communication of Oracle's value proposition.
+ Provide detailed and persuasive responses to RFIs, RFPs, and needs analysis requests.
+ Manage and run detailed discovery workshops with prospect to gain understanding of their business strategies and pain points.
+ Manage large or complex sales opportunities requiring innovative and strategic solutions.
+ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitors in the Retail Planning, Supply Chain and AI/ML market.
