We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer orientated Accounts Administrator to join our Property Management Division on a key client account. You will join a well-established Accounts Payable team and support the accurate posting and processing of vendor invoices to be paid in accordance with the client. Your will focus on ensuring accounts are paid on time and accurately.
**The Opportunity:**
+ Timely and accurate processing of invoices, uploading to required standards and deadlines
+ Processing complex transactions including invoice generation, receipts and reallocation, property, and tenant maintenance as well as query management
+ Daily processing and reviewing of incoming invoices from vendors
+ Manage inbox and respond to queries from CBRE, Dexus and vendors
**About You:**
+ Previous experience in an Administration or Accounts Administration
+ Experience working in a high-volume processing environment
+ Customer service orientated approach and strong communication skills
+ Excellent time management and attention to detail
+ Analytical and problem-solving skills
