- Permanent full-time role with a rotating roster
- $1000 starter bonus
- $,000 retention bonus after 12 months
- Accommodation for 6 months provided
- Up to 2,000 relocation support
- Working within a fantastic MPS site in regional Victoria
- Supportive and collaborative work environment
- Starting September / October 2025
Working within an MPS site, you will be exposed to a unique blend of hospital, aged care, and community health services, ensuring patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care. Some of your duties will include:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, allied health staff, and support workers, to ensure coordinated care
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Respond to medical emergencies.
- Participate in quality improvement activities and ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
- Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA
- At least 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in an MPS setting
- Experience acute care + in-charge (ideal)
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills to prioritise care and make sound clinical judgements.
- Must have full Australian working rights (Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency, a valid Working Visa, or New Zealand Citizenship).
