**Job Description Summary**
The Delivery Manager is responsible for managing the technical delivery partnering across various levels of the organisation and project team to ensure all the project requirements are delivered as per contract (time, cost, quality, risk management and governance). **Job Description**
**Roles and Responsibilities**
The Delivery Manager is a pivotal part of the services organization, who owns the project's Delivery Model and is the Technical Leader on the Project. The Delivery Manager cultivates relationships with a portfolio of customers in both pre-sales and project delivery phases and provides objective advice and assistance on the strategy, structure, management and operations of a customer organization, in support of identified business purposes and objectives.
The Delivery Manager provides technical management in pre-sales and delivery phases to clients, cross-functional GEV teams and key suppliers to identify and define client business outcomes and continues to manage those relationships to ensure outcomes are met within project constraints. You will play a key management role in defining, implementing and maintaining the internal Project Engineering team's best practices and delivery standards across existing and new opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Work with the Project Manager (PM) through close coordination for scope management, schedule, risk management, and quality management.
+ Accountable for successful delivery of technical scope items to meet the schedule, cost and quality commitments.
+ Project Execution control: Build effective Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) .
+ Manage project team and activities to drive project deliverables
+ Communicate effectively with Project Manager, Customer, Project team (APAC and global), DevOps on project and technical items such as project status, risks and mitigation, scope, and issues
+ Trigger and validate engineering Gate Reviews (Requirements, Design, Factory Testing Readiness, Site Acceptance Readiness) within GEV and the customer
+ Utilize software delivery performance measurement tools and indicators (e.g. Jira burndown charts
+ Collaborate with Technical Leader and SME to deploy GEV transmission and distribution solution to client environments:
+ Prepare input data such as network model files, load & generation forecasts, future planning scenarios, resources availability, and generation cost data.
+ Prepare, modify, and configure client and testing input data for solutions by creating scripts/Simulator for FAT or split data feed from customer for SIT/UAT.
+ Convert and validate client CIM network models using developed tools and scripts, validating powerflow results.
+ Collaborate with our Service Engineering development lead during the development cycle to ensure all custom deliverables meet defined needs and standards and are on time and budget.
+ Respond to all client inquiries, bugs, and product ideas for in-flight projects and file tickets for the Product or project team.
+ Lead the simulation of project scenarios utilizing combinations of solutions, configuration, and input data.
+ Perform use case and client specific testing runs and lead factory and site acceptance testing.
+ Debug software, documenting issues for the testing teams.
+ Analyze and assess data and results of project activities and tasks.
+ Hands-On experience, with certification a plus, in deploying solution to the GEV or Client staging.
+ Report on project outcomes and present findings to project partners and stakeholders.
+ Utilize GEV Product knowledge and expertise to drive excellence in execution through continuous improvement, change management (costs base reduction, lead time reduction, productivity improvement, quality improvement, etc)
+ Agile mindset and ability to work with one or more Scrum Teams (Region and Global team) to execute and deliver solutions for our customers
+ Good understanding of DevOps concepts, such as automated builds, automated deployments and automated tests, to lead customers and apply those concepts to your daily deliverables
+ Validate project scope review in coordination with the Solution Design team identifying, documenting, and estimating any change requests (CR) or project risks with mitigation plans. Work with Project Manager to communicate with customer.
+ Assist in the tendering process for project proposals or CRs working with the Customer Engagement team/resource managers to validate scope and estimates as well as reviewing each proposal with the customer.
+ Ensure a smooth transfer to maintenance at project end
+ Engage in Customer management activities with Project Manager
+ Work with Project Manager to report or resolve any process non-conformances in a timely manner
**Additional Responsibilities:**
+ Technical Leadership of the delivery and implementation of large complex solutions
+ Analyze, define and prioritize Business and Functional/nonfunctional requirements( and processes and propose technical solutions to meet the business issues and close inefficiency gaps
+ Responsibility for the Business requirements through the entire lifecycle of the project from definition, implementation, test and delivery
+ Create and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and 3rd Parties
+ Participating & lead technical requirements workshops
+ Write and present technical proposals and presentations
+ Ability to take ownership of issues and are proactive in ensuring they are resolved
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's or Master degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or related Engineering Discipline from an accredited university or college
+ At least 10 years technical experience in WAMS (Wide Area Monitoring System), DERMS ( Distributed Energy Resource Management System ), SCADA and/ or EMS (Energy Management Systems) is essential for this role.
+ Key to success in this role would also include experience in with Kubernates, microservices, data stores like elastic search, PostgreSQL, Kibana, Grafana, kafka
+ Added knowledge in Automatic process deployment, continuous improvement (CI) and continuous deployment (CD),and Ansible would be an added advantage.
+ Ability to analyse emerging energy industry trends and implications on utility clients in the area of DER management, Transmission, Wide area monitoring (WAMS), distribution planning, IT, SCADA and asset management would be an added advantage
+ Ability to demonstrate familiarity with project testing such as Factory acceptance test (FAT), Site acceptance test (SAT) and user acceptance test (UAT) is also key

**ROLE DESCRIPTION**
The Project Delivery Specialist is responsible for supporting Project business for Hach Pacific and delivering won Projects according to the agreed project contract terms across Australia and New Zealand. This position will work in collaboration with and in support of existing project Sales, ADM and project teams to deliver the projects. This is a high impact position, and seasoned technical process and applications experience plus some commercial experience is critical to the successful execution of Hach's corporate strategy.
_What You'll Be Doing (Job Responsibilities)_
**Solutions for Customers**
Collaborating with internal departmental leaders, external customers (EPC/Consultants) and Apps Team on existing and prospective projects to provide project delivery customer experience.
+ Working closely with Project BDM and Internal Support Engineer to understand each project and its delivery requirements. Manages all aspects of diverse projects that require technical knowledge and expertise.
+ Collaborating with Customer Service to ensure all items are process according to project order specifications (PO).
+ Assisting Purchasing department to ensure correct items are ordered to the factory
+ Working with Logistics team to ensure all products for each project have the updated delivery details.
+ Working with the Factory to obtain latest delivery details of each project and communicating to Customer Service, Logistic Team and Customers.
+ Leading external panel builders to ensure all panels are designed and built within the timeframe as specified by the project contract terms
+ Track & develop a project delivery schedule/plan for each project and communicating it to the customers so they're align with what we're delivering.
+ Have a regular cadence meeting with all stake holders that are involve in delivery each project.
+ This role will also undertake other duties, as may be assigned from time to time.
**COMMERCIAL PERFORMANCE:**
+ Responsible for revenue growth of project business as of project team.
+ Support financial objectives set forth by senior management through collaboration with multiple teams in the Hach organization by representing the best interest of Sales, owning awareness of actual vs. budgeted performance, implementing corrective measures as appropriate, and reporting accomplishment and variance analysis on a monthly and quarterly basis.
+ Uses project management tools including VES ( IT/Engineering/Scientific). Leads, coordinates, and/or facilitates cross-functional technical teams with direct and dotted line reporting to achieve project goals in support of the company's goals and annual operating plan
**What We Are Looking For** _(Skills & Qualifications)_
+ Bachelor's degree in a technical field; Mech Eng, Chem Eng, Process Eng preferred.
+ Minimum 5 years relevant experience in project management and execution of projects.
+ Formal Project delivery/execution training, with experience is favorable.
+ Ability to travel up to 20% of time within ANZ if necessary.
+ Strong critical thinking skills; the ability to synthesize a collection of facts into logical and actionable conclusions.

The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Account Delivery Specialist . In this role, you work closely with the Integrated Work Package (IWP) Lead and support Program Lead's to ensure timely and accurate establishment of project documentation, and execution and delivery of projects to completion. Drawing on strong foundations of project management principles, this role will provide essential administration and governance support across multiple projects.
Responsibilities:
+ Responsible for providing designated administrative and coordination support and managing the day-to-day operations of IWP Projects and direct assistance to the IWP Lead with support to contract documentation and delivery.
+ Coordinate project schedules, tasks, meeting updates and efficient distribution of reports.
+ Track progress of plans with project managers; report to key stakeholders on status and progress.
+ Coordination and/or support of project meetings including the composition and distribution of agendas, minutes, and action items, the organisation of resources, and other ad hoc requirements
+ Track finance performance, and other requirements as needed of the IWP
+ Draft responses to RFIs and other documentation / reporting requirements as needed
+ Manage incoming and outgoing communication and information for the IWP
+ Organise, review and coordinate project documentation within the data management systems
+ Support preparation and management of project, management, and customer reports including review packs, and weekly, monthly and quarterly status reports.
+ Administration for staff that includes, but not limited to, on-boarding and off-boarding, travel acquittal, timesheets
+ Coordination of IWP meetings and functions
+ General other duties as directed
As the ideal candidate you will bring:
+ Defence Security Clearance - Baseline (or higher).
+ Well-developed understanding of project management principles, including scheduling, tracking and status reporting.
+ 2 years (minimum) relevant experience in a project coordination and administration role
+ High level interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks effectively and efficiently.
+ Proven ability to work in a high-pace environment and complete work on time and with accuracy, coupled with excellent written and oral communication skills.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products and an aptitude to learn and apply alternate software packages; ability to analyse and disseminate data in reports.

In this role you will be responsible for conducting end-to-end program management of new initiatives across a range of operational verticals. - Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- 4+ years' professional experience in Supply Chain and Logistics, Operations and/or E-Commerce

Amazon Delivery Services is seeking an experienced Strategic Sourcing Manager to support the growing volume and complexity of partnership agreements.
The successful candidate will put in place partnership agreements with carriers, be responsible for defining sourcing strategy, undertake spend analysis, forging strategic partnerships, leading vendor identification and development, as well as tactical elements such as leading negotiations, including creating proposals and collaborating with internal stakeholders (such as the legal, finance, security and compliance teams) and closing.
The Strategic Sourcing Manager will need to understand the impact of contract terms, compliance obligations, business concerns, etc., and be able to explain contract terms to stakeholders whilst identifying ways to meet customers' needs. The successful candidate will lead the effort to resolve all carrier questions and concerns in contract negotiations and will collaborate with internal stakeholders on specific areas of concern.
Strategic Sourcing Managers are expert practitioners in creating competitive environments, and have a strong bias for decision-making rooted in data and analytics. They routinely influence C-level vendor relationships by advising senior Amazon leaders across multiple stakeholder groups on the direction of sourcing projects in support of business unit and corporate goals.

Responsibilities Include:
- Build a repository for contract management that outlines contract renewal dates and risk.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategy to achieve step changes in cost structure, capacity and diversification by analysing and reviewing transportation capability in the AU market against business requirements,
- Identify and develop carrier partners across categories, especially with a focus on developing partners who can drive innovation, sustainability, speed and customer experience,
- Advise and provide thought leadership on the execution of competitive commercial, channel, and partner deal opportunities,
- Develop innovative commercial models and negotiate delivery services agreements,
- Execute contracts and competitive structures- maximising the value of opportunities consistent with Delivery Services objectives and requirements,
- Work closely with global partners and local stakeholders to understand the existing vendor negotiation relevant tools and contracts, and assess the gaps between what exists and what is needed in AU market,
- Build a comprehensive negotiation strategy in line with global best practice and local needs,
- Continuously identify specific negotiation best practices and training needs, and drive negotiation tools enhancement,
- Provide expertise on deal structuring and advise key stakeholders on the impact of deal terms: provide creative solutions to the stakeholder and leadership,
- Close commercial transactions: brief senior management and coordinate internal and customer stakeholders.
Skills and Abilities:

Basic Qualifications

- Strong oral and written communication skills- ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences,
- Attention to detail and high ability for data mining- with strong analytical orientation; comfortable using databases and analytical tools and making data-based decisions,
- Creative and ideas-driven in finding new solutions/ designing innovative methods, systems and processes,
- Ability to prepare, report and interpret large sets of data.

- Able to write SQL scripts for analysis and reporting (SQL, MySQL)
- Proven experience of working in a fast-paced, highly complex analytical environment preferably in Supply Chain, e-Commerce, Consulting or Finance
