Our client is a well-established general practice with over 10 years of operation and a strong patient base of approximately 20,000 active patients. They are seeking to expand their team by recruiting two additional General Practitioners (GPs) to join their busy and supportive clinic.
About the Practice:
- DPA position
- Onsite pathology services available
- Mixed billing model with bulk billing for pensioners and patients under 16
- Currently undergoing renovations to modernize facilities
- Support team includes 2 existing GPs, a full-time nurse, 3 receptionists, and a full-time practice manager
- Flexible appointment scheduling, allowing GPs to tailor patient consultations
- Software currently Medical Director, transitioning to Best Practice
- Free onsite/underground parking in a shopping centre location
- Enhanced administrative and technology support to reduce GP workload
Position Details:
- Expedited registration pathway and sponsorship available for doctors from the UK, Ireland, or New Zealand
- Level 2 and Level 3 supervision offered
Remuneration and Benefits:
- Competitive income: 68-70% of billings plus a $220/hour guarantee for the first six months
