You will lead a dedicated team to deliver safe, high-quality, and client-centered services that respond to community needs and sector reforms, including the upcoming Support at Home changes. With a focus on sustainability, collaboration, and excellence, you will help ensure our services not only meet compliance and clinical standards but truly empower clients to live well and with dignity.

The right candidate will have:
- Significant leadership experience in allied health service delivery across aged care, disability, or broader health services settings
- A track record of driving strategy, growth, and innovation in complex service environments.

- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Financial and business acumen to ensure sustainability and growth.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in health, business, or a related field (AHPRA registration desirable, not essential).
