Are you an experienced Acute or ED Registered Nurse looking for your next contract adventure?
We have a range of exciting 6-12 week contracts coming up from November onwards across the beautiful Northern NSW region - perfect for combining work with coastal living, hinterland charm, and relaxed regional lifestyle!
Locations include:
- Lismore Base Hospital - Major referral hospital with diverse acute specialties
- Ballina District Hospital - Coastal location, supportive team environment
- Maclean District Hospital - Close to river and coastal areas
- Tweed Hospital - Large regional hospital (for roles available prior to new hospital move)
About the role:
- Provide safe, high-quality nursing care across acute wards (Medical/Surgical, ED overflow, etc.)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care
- Complete accurate clinical documentation and participate in handovers
- Support junior staff and contribute to positive team culture
Skills & experience:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Recent acute nursing experience (medical/surgical, acute care, or ED)
- ALS certification (or willingness to obtain) highly desirable
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt to different hospital environments
