  • Reviewed logistics data and met with our carrier account managers to develop a strategy to reduce freight costs

  • Worked with our pricing and supply chain analysts to update customer freight charges for a new product category

  • Partnered with the finance and data teams to improve how stock transactions are processed in our ERP, supporting inventory accuracy

  • Met with our 3PL account managers in our monthly meeting to identify ways to improve and streamline warehouse performance

  • Worked with the Logistics Coordinator to streamline how we send stock to Amazon

  • Collaborated with the Supply Chain Analyst to build a simple tool for the sales team to estimate shipping costs

  • Caught up with your team in weekly one-on-ones to support their work, share feedback and provide coaching
