About the role
Located in Pinkenba, the L3Harris Regional Support Centre (RSC) is a multi-faceted logistics support entity that provides the L3Harris Defence Australia programs with integrated logistics support. Within this facility, as a member of the Supply Chain team, this role is responsible for providing logistics support to a multitude of L3s Harris projects, standing offers and services associated with the freight and distribution of L3 Harris communications equipment and ancillaries.
What the role will involve
Required to perform physical and administrative tasks involved in the picking, shipping, receiving, storing and distribution of materials, parts, supplies and equipment. Responsible for efficient and effective communication to internal and external customers using mediums such as email, verbal, group discussion and 1-on-1. Able to work harmoniously in a team environment with appreciation and respect to equity and diversity, roles, positions and appropriate team behaviors which foster collaboration and inclusion.
The primary focus of this role will involve the following:
+ Unpacking and checking goods received against purchase orders or invoices
+ Maintaining records of received goods and rejecting unsatisfactory items where necessary.
+ Manual handling up to 16kg
+ Forklift operation
+ Prepare and maintain records of stock shipped
+ Examines, stocks and distributes materials in inventory
+ Performs equipment CES checks, conducts preliminary investigative stock enquiries and conducts equipment CES breakdowns as required
+ completing/updating records/transactions in electronic inventory management systems
+ Assist in continuous improvement initiatives
+ Other duties as directed by the ISC Warehouse Supervisor
What you'll bring
The role requires the following experience and skills:
+ Current Australian NV1 as a minimum
+ License to perform high risk work: LF Forklift
+ MILIS or SAP experience and profiles
+ Warehouse experience
+ Knowledge of material handling procedures, Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety requirements.
Preferred Additional Skills:
+ Dangerous Goods qualifications (IATA/DGR)
+ Quality driven with an analytical nature

Inventory Planning & Management:

**The Role**
The MV CLCM Industry & Supply Chain Manager reports to the Deputy Project Director and works within a split responsibility model, managing Australian Industry Capability and supply chain activities within Raytheon and Defence systems; collaborating across the company, MV Asset Class and suppliers to deliver outcomes.
The Industry & Supply Chain Manager is responsible for creating and embedding industry engagement and supply chain behaviours and culture, processes and procedures, and management of the Australian Industry Capability requirements. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
+ Develop and maintain the MV SPO supply chain strategy, cognisant of changes to the MV capability Operating Support Intent and budget provisions;
+ Develop, deploy, and provide guidance in relation to supply chain governance arrangements, including effective supplier due diligence, supplier performance management, supplier relationship management and implementation of supply chain business systems, ensuring that these are aligned with requirements;
+ Develop, maintain, analyse, and advise on supply chain metrics to support continuous improvement initiatives, cost effective outcomes, financial savings, and productivity improvements;
+ Management of the AIC obligations, specifically:
+ Market testing activities;
+ Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including Enterprise partners, suppliers, Office of Defence Industry Support, state government defence departments, and industry groups;
+ Act as a point of contact for general industry enquiries relating to MV life cycle management; and
+ Identify opportunities to increase indigenous-owned and veteran-owned businesses in the MV supply chain.
**Skills, Experience and Qualifications**
+ Requires a University Degree in Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience);
+ Minimum 8 years prior relevant experience (when a university degree is held);
+ Expert knowledge of Australian industry and government with established networks.
+ Demonstrated experience in:
+ Collaborating across multi-disciplinary and geographic dispersed teams;
+ Development of a resilient supply chain and ability to plan, implement and manage strategic supplier relationships;
+ Vendor management;
+ Supporting customer requirements and meeting time critical deadlines.
+ **Desirable:** Experience working within naval sustainment programs;

We are looking for a talented IT Functional Lead - Supply Chain to join our team specializing IT Business Solutions for our Business Technology and Digital Transformation Division in Scoresby, Melbourne.
**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:**
+ Partner with business functions to elicit and analyze complex functional and non-functional requirements using industry-standard methodologies.

+ Hands-on expertise in configuring multiple SAP modules (LE, PP, MM, EWM, IM, WM), with two or more certifications.
+ Current SAP certification in at least two Supply Chain relevant modules must be held at time of application.
+ Demonstrated experience in solution design, analysis, and third-level support.
+ Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional projects.
+ A solid understanding of Supply Chain processes and best practices.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Extensive ERP systems implementations and managing complex applications landscape
+ Extensive hands-on experience in SAP configuration with expertise in various S/4 HANA modules, specifically in Supply Chain management and manufacturing.
+ Certification in at least two of the major Supply Chain relevant modules (LE, PP, MM, EWM, IM, WM)
+ Conversant with trouble shooting and debugging of SAP design, configuration, as it relates to solution gaps and incident management for end-user process including 3rd level production support
+ Demonstrated ability to upskill to knowledge on contemporary and emerging technologies such as SAP, Salesforce, MuleSoft, Cloud computing.
+ Proven leadership skills, behaviours and experiance.
