As an Integrated Logistics Support Analyst, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing comprehensive support strategies for major system upgrades across multiple military sites. Working within a dedicated ILS team, you will analyse supportability requirements, develop maintenance strategies, and ensure seamless logistics integration between new and existing systems.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Conduct reliability, availability, and maintainability modelling to inform support requirements and validate sustainment strategies.

About the Role
The Technical Support Analyst is customer facing and dedicated to providing product services and support for our global user base, partner network, and internal staff. Responsibilities
+ Handle incoming traffic via supported channels, when necessary, to ensure SLA alignment.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated customer inquiries.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and provide timely solutions.
+ Own and trouble-shooting new/unknown product issues with a focus on restoring systems to normal service and documenting solutions and updating training materials for the wider audience.

Pay Rate: $30.86 - $5.98 per hour + 99c per km and travel time
About the Role:
Join us as a Uniting Home Care Worker, where you'll play a crucial role in providing essential and practical care for our elderly clients. You'll empower independence and enhance the quality of life for our clients in their own homes in and around Leichhardt.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in aged or community care is preferred, or a strong desire to begin a career in aged care.
- Empathetic and resourceful, embodying Uniting’s values of compassion, respect, imagination, and boldness.
- Flexibility to accommodate the evolving needs and schedules of our clients.
- A provisional or full Australian driving license and access to a comprehensively insured, reliable vehicle.
