**About the Role**
As a Tradesman Plumber, you'll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of piping systems, fixtures, and equipment related to water, gas, sewage, air, and industrial waste. You'll work both independently and as part of a skilled maintenance team, ensuring systems are operating safely and efficiently in line with relevant codes and standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Construct, install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems (including fire and lawn sprinklers)
+ Diagnose and resolve routine and complex plumbing faults
+ Assist in maintaining underground sewer and water systems
+ Perform welding, cutting, and soldering as needed for repairs
+ Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures
+ Maintain records and certifications in line with site and legislative requirements

**Qualifications & Experience**
**Essential:**
+ Qualified Plumber (Trade Certificate or Licence)
+ 1-2 years' plumbing experience post-qualification
+ White Card (Construction Induction)
+ Valid Driver's Licence
+ Strong communication and teamwork skills
+ Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
**Desirable (not essential):**
+ CPR / First Aid Certification
+ Confined Space Entry & Working at Heights
+ Forklift and Elevated Work Platform Licence

What You'll DoIn the role of Plumber, Journeyman, your duties will include:
+ Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures.
+ Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals.
+ Follow building plans and blueprints.
+ Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies.
+ Maintain Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that all installations and repairs meet or exceed the set standards.
+ Facilitate Team Communication: Ensure clear and consistent communication within the team and with other project stakeholders to keep everyone informed and aligned on project goals and updates.

+ Must have a US Secret or AUS NV-1 clearance
+ Must have a minimum of five years of plumbing experience.
+ Must have a Journeyman Plumbing license or AUS equivalent.
+ Must have a Backflow Prevention Inspector Certification
+ Strong understanding of water distribution and disposal systems in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
+ Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers etc.).
+ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Attention to Detail: Precision and attention to detail to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with safety standards.
+ Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing conditions, technologies, and requirements.

+ Maintenance and installation of plumbing and gas systems
+ Servicing hot water, drainage, wastewater, and backflow prevention
