What You'll DoIn the role of Plumber, Supervisor, your duties will include:
+ Oversee and manage large plumbing projects.
+ Design plumbing systems and select appropriate materials.
+ Inspect and test installed systems and pipelines, and resolve any issues found.
+ Train and mentor junior plumbing staff.
+ Maintain Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that all installations and repairs meet or exceed the set standards.
+ Facilitate Team Communication: Ensure clear and consistent communication within the team and with other project stakeholders to keep everyone informed and aligned on project goals and updates.
+ Other duties as required
Requirements:
+ Must be a US or Australian citizen
+ Must have a US TS/SCI clearance w/ Poly, or an Australian PV clearance
+ Must have a minimum of seven years of plumbing experience.
+ Must have a minimum of three years of supervisory experience.
+ Must have a Journeyman or Master Plumbing license, or AUS equivalent.
+ Extensive knowledge of plumbing codes, standards, and regulations.
+ Excellent project management and leadership skills.
+ Ability to solve complex problems.
+ Attention to Detail: Precision and attention to detail to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with safety standards.
+ Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing conditions, technologies, and requirements.
+ Decision-Making Ability: Strong decision-making skills to resolve issues quickly and effectively under pressure.
Desired Qualifications:
+ Backflow Prevention Inspector Certification
This role will be located in Alice Springs, at a 4,400-acre facility with approximately 687,000 square feet of mission and support space. This position is expected to be onsite 100%.
