At AWS, we're hiring experienced consultants with a background in enterprise call centers to help our enterprise customers understand, plan and implement best practices around migrating, building, managing and operating Amazon Connect within their AWS cloud environments. Our consultants will deliver proof-of-concept projects, re-usable artifacts, reference architectures, and lead implementation projects to assist some of the world's leading enterprises transform their call centers to Amazon Connect. 

We're looking for someone who is passionate about:
- Working on innovative AWS products and services
- Maintaining domain knowledge and expertise in enterprise call centers, workforce management, Artificial Intelligence and CRM platforms
- Implementing and extending frameworks and methodologies commonly used by enterprises to assess, migrate, and transform the call center experience
- Architecting and building large-scale solutions, which integrate smoothly in cloud and hybrid operating models for supporting Amazon Connect
- Providing guidance on the people, organizational, security and compliance aspects of transforming the contact center to the Cloud
- Setting-up and configuring AWS services in-line with best practices
- Coaching customers and partner teams to be self-sufficient
Key job responsibilities
- Expertise - Collaborate with AWS field sales, pre-sales, training and support teams to help partners and customers learn how to build and move to production grade AWS environments that support Amazon Connect
- Solutions - Define and deliver on-site Professional Services engagements with partners and customers. This includes participating in discovery workshops - understanding customer requirements, proposing and delivering packaged offerings, and delivering custom solution engagements, specifically focused on call center organization, processes, tooling and integration. Software development experience with building contact center integrations is a plus.
- Delivery - Engagements include projects proving the use of AWS services to support new distributed computing solutions that often span private cloud and public cloud services. Engagements will include integration and adaption of existing enterprise call centers into Amazon Connect.

Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of external or internal customer facing, complex and large scale project management experience
- 10+ years of cloud and on-premise integration experience
- 5+ years of software development with object oriented language experience
- Bachelor's degree, or 10+ years of professional or military experience
- At least 10 years of experience as a contact center technology architect, enterprise IT Architect or senior contact center developer working with leading contact center technology platforms and applications, such as Avaya, Cisco, Genesys, Verint, NICE, Salesforce, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience building call center / collaboration / telephony platforms in a Cloud or On-Premises environment, particularly building application integration capabilities for CRM/ WFM platforms
- Professional Services or Consulting experience in highly-visible customer-facing roles
- Familiarity with Amazon Connect capabilities, benefits, and required deployment skills
- Visible IT Industry thought leadership on relevant topics related to enterprise IT call centers and infrastructure.
- Enterprise call center / telecomm implementation and operations experience
- Software Development / DevOps experience with integrating contact center platforms, CRMs, WFMs and AI

The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team is seeking an experienced Senior Delivery Practice Manager (DPM) to join our ProServe Shared Delivery Team (SDT) at Amazon Web Services (AWS). In this role, you'll manage a team of Delivery Consultants while supporting AWS enterprise customers through transformative projects. You'll leverage your IT and/or Management Consulting background to serve as a strategic advisor to customers, partners, and internal AWS teams.
Must hold or be able to attain an Australian Government Security Vetting Agency clearance (see a DPM you will be responsible for building and managing a team of Delivery Consultants and or Engagement Managers working with customers and partners to architect and implement innovative solutions. You'll routinely engage with Directors, C-level executives, and governing boards, whilst being responsible for opportunity capture and driving engagement delivery. You'll work closely with partner teams; drive business development initiatives through thought leadership; provide portfolio guidance and oversight; and meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets. As a DPM you are primarily focused directly or through their teams, on understanding and defining business outcomes for customers by building trust, identifying applicable AWS Professional Services offerings, and creating proposals and SOW's.
Your experience gained leading teams within the technology sector, will equip you with the ability to optimize team performance through implementing tailored people development plans, ensuring your teams are aligned to customer needs, and have the skills and capacity to address customer outcomes. Possessing the ability to translate technical concepts into business value for customers and then talk in technical depth with teams, you will cultivate strong customer, World Wide Public Sector (WWPS), and ProServe team relationships which enables exceptional business performance. DPMs success is primarily measured by consistently delivering customer engagements by supporting sales through scoping technical requirements for an engagement, delivering engagements on time, within budget, and exceeding customer expectations. They will hold the Practice total utilization goal and be responsible for optimizing team performance.
The AWS Professional Services organization is a global team of experts that help customers realize their desired business outcomes when using the AWS Cloud. We work together with customer teams and the AWS Partner Network (APN) to execute enterprise cloud computing initiatives. Our team provides assistance through a collection of offerings which help customers achieve specific outcomes related to enterprise cloud adoption. Basic Qualifications

The Service Operations Intern supports the Dealer Training and Brand Quality teams within the GM Aftersales organization by assisting with the general administration and management of programs, policies and processes fundamental to the operation of these functions. The role directly supports vehicle quality improvement processes, and Dealer Sales and Technical Training programs across all GM products sold within Australia and New Zealand.
**Brand Quality:**
+ Support the review of Technical Assistance Centre (TAC) Cases and Field Product Reports (FPRs) to discover emerging vehicle issues
+ Using multiple data sources such as Quality Data Analytics Platform (QDAP), TrackerGART, Global Warranty (GWM), compile and analyse warranty trend information to assist with issue identification & definition activities, and to measure/analyse the success of service solutions
+ Assist with the management of the Aftersales Top Issues List (TIL) and monitor progress of open issues using the global Problem Resolution Tracking System (PRTS)
+ Assist with the management of quality and problem resolution forums with homerooms and suppliers, including the Right Hand Drive (RHD) remanufacturing process, for products sold under the GM Specialty Vehicles (GMSV) and Cadillac brands
+ Assist with the operation of Captured Test Fleet (CTF) programs
+ Assist with the management and resolution of Vehicle Exchange (VEX) vehicles
+ Assist the TAC Team with data and reports that define top issues and general team performance vs KPI's
**Dealer Training:**
+ Assist the training academy teams preparation and delivery of events such as drive days and the Technicians Guild Program
+ Liaise with stakeholders to source vehicles in a timely manner for training purposes and support the management of the training fleet
+ Process travel subsidy claim requests and dealer payments through the Sundry Billing Request Form (SBRF) system
+ Submit dealer Learning Management System (LMS) license fees (quarterly) and GMSV dealer training subscriptions to Conduent
+ Raise and manage the Training Academy purchase orders and invoice approvals through SAP
+ Support the publication of dealer facing bulletins through Global Connect
**Knowledge:**
+ Experience using Microsoft Excel and Power point essential, Power BI highly regarded
+ Flexible attitude to work assignments and a willingness to take on a diverse range of tasks
+ Knowledge of and aptitude relating to data collection / statistics
+ Some knowledge of automotive business processes and customer expectations highly regarded
+ Knowledge of vehicle mechanical and electrical systems advantageous (not required)

**Quality Accountability** :

+ Ensure that all work area process changes with a significant environmental aspect are controlled.
+ Ensure that you comply with your obligations under the Australian Consumer Law and the GM Consumer Compliance Policy and its associated procedures.
