**Your day to day**

**What we need from you**

**Key Accountabilities**
+ Prepare, cook, and present menu items in accordance with Peppina's culinary standards and recipes
+ Ensure all mise en place is completed efficiently and to the required standard before service
+ Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, and portion control
+ Work collaboratively with the Kitchen and Food & Beverage teams to deliver a seamless guest experience
+ Assist with stock rotation, storage, ordering processes, and minimising food wastage
+ Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment at all times
+ Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards
+ Support the team during high-volume service periods while maintaining attention to detail
+ Contribute positively to a professional, respectful, and team-focused kitchen culture
+ Continuously develop culinary skills and product knowledge under the guidance of senior chefs
**Profile**
+ Previous experience in a professional restaurant, hotel, or premium dining kitchen
+ Passion for food and a genuine interest in Italian cuisine
+ Strong understanding of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
+ Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP principles
+ Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
