+ Demonstrated expertise in the construction industry, with a strong understanding of on-site construction administration processes, typically acquired through substantial project experience and technical proficiency.
+ Proven experience managing complex projects and interdisciplinary teams.
+ Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
+ A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
+ Current Baseline Clearance or the ability to obtain Defence clearance required.
+ Candidates must hold Australian Citizenship.

This individual will lead a team of support personnel and coordinate the resources required to launch new and complex projects with the goals of achieving timelines, staying within budget, and driving standardization within our network. The Project Manager will manage medium to large capital projects with demanding schedule commitments. The Project Manager will lead and coordinate schedule of multiple internal business units and external vendors at the same time, as well as interface at all levels of the organization.

- Manage new and existing programs, successfully delivering difficult projects and goals across multiple organizations
- Partner with other program managers to secure resources, scope efforts, set project priorities and milestones and drive delivery

Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Basic Qualifications

- Experience as a resident engineer or hands-on design consultant
