What You'll DoIn the role of Configuration Management Electrical Technician, your duties will include:
+ Defines, generates and reviews project requirements documentation.
+ Performs technical studies to refine project requirements.
+ Monitors projects to ensure work scope, schedule, and budget are well defined and maintained.
+ Provides coordination between resource managers/supervisors and ensures all necessary reviews and approvals are received.

Requirements:
+ Must be a US or Australian citizen
+ Must have a minimum of a BA/BS , from an accredited institution, in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Controls).5+ years technical drafting/design training from either a accredited technical school or military training and 4 years prior drafting experience.
+ Requires broad knowledge of operational procedures and tools obtained through work experience and may require vocational or technical education.
+ Must hold and be able to maintain an Australian "A" Grade Electrical License, OR hold and be able to maintain a minimum US State Journeyman Electrical License
+ Must Possess a Valid Driver's license
+ Must Possess an active US Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph or AUS PV Security Clearance.
+ Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience with design reviews and O&M facility-related programs of similar size, scope, and complexity.
+ Must have a minimum of five years of experience as a Senior Project Manager responsible for supervising project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
+ Must have demonstrated experience managing a multi-million dollar project portfolio and balancing resources while maintaining costs and schedules.

**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Leadership & Supervision:** Guide and manage site activities, leading site technicians and third-party contractors in daily operations. Coordinate maintenance schedules and delegate tasks effectively.
+ **Technical Expertise:** Hold the Site Electrical Contractors License Nominee role, ensuring compliance with regulations, standards, and codes. Execute high voltage switching operations and carry out maintenance, installations, and repairs.

**What You'll Do:**
**Operational**
- Responsible for ensuring that maintenance activities within the buildings are being carried out with due regard to Health and Safety, business risk and maintaining the 100% uptime criteria
- Responsible for maintaining excellent standards of response to Asset performance, completion of assigned work and ensure any abnormal operating conditions and housekeeping issues are dealt with proficiently

- Monitor BMS for running and alarm conditions when required
- Building walk-rounds, taking meter readings from UPS, PDU's and other electrical equipment to monitor capacity
- Investigate faults, identify root causes and effect remedies
- Prepare accurate / timely service/incident reports as required
- Ensure corrective / repair works are carried out in accordance with current regulations
- Assist when/where required with equipment installation works and asset data capture
- Participate in emergency call out roster providing cover for weekend and team member absences, as required
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the building(s) infrastructure and their layouts, functions and complexities
- Deliver effective communication through advice, review, leadership and direct contribution to team meetings, briefings, correspondence, monthly and ad-hoc reporting, as appropriate

**Job Description**
Your role as the Wind Farm Field Service Technician will see you interface regularly with the Service Managers, Customer, internal technical team, other GE Onshore wind farms, contractors and the local community. Joining the resident site team in performing scheduled and unscheduled servicing of wind turbines and site infrastructure, undertaking tasks including annual maintenance, retrofit works, major component exchange and fault finding.
Based at our Boco Rock Wind Farm Project, located 10km from the town of Nimmitabel and 60km from Jindabyne. The 67 turbines have a combined generation capacity of 113 MW, giving the wind farm the capability of supplying renewable power to 45,000 homes across the state!
Wind Turbine specific training will be provided to the successful applicants.
**Essential Responsibilities:**
+ Interpret the requirements of GE manuals, specifications, bulletins, and complete assigned tasks in accordance with GE work instructions.
+ Perform and ensure the proper maintenance and fault finding of assets.
+ Maintain reports using GE's various software management tools and databases.
+ Ensure all work is performed in accordance with the organization's JSA, LOTO, EHS and associated policies/procedures.
+ Report errors, violations, incidents, or problems immediately using GE reporting systems.
+ Submit enquiries to Engineering to ensure technical issues are resolved.
+ Answer questions from Management, Engineering, Sourcing and Project Teams as required.
+ Make a conformance or non-conformance decision upon completion of inspections.
+ Form part of an on-call roster to work weekends or after hours if required or as directed by management.
+ Perform High Voltage switching operations according to site procedures, as required.

+ As a minimum, either a qualified electrician or a qualified mechanic with electrical aptitude.
+ Electrical License - Grade A would be highly regarded.
+ Proficient in fault finding electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic equipment.
+ Trained to an intermediate level in computer skills.
+ Must have positive attitude and the ability to complete physically demanding tasks at heights and be willing to climb wind turbines.
+ Must hold a current Australian Driver's license

**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Shift Data Center Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the operational integrity of our critical infrastructure. You will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance and corrective repairs within a data center operation, ensuring the seamless operation of critical systems. Oversight of electrical and mechanical systems, including but not limited to: Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems, generators, chillers, Electrical Distribution, HVAC systems, Building Management Systems (BMS) systems, and CMMS Work Dispatching. This position is part of the Critical and Technical Services job function, focusing on delivering technical maintenance services in high-stakes client environments.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Conduct daily site inspections of all Mechanical & Electrical Engineering systems and technical equipment, including servicing and maintenance tasks.
+ Ensure that the site's environmental conditions are conducive to a safe and efficient work environment.
+ Respond promptly to Building Management System alarms and perform emergency repairs as necessary.
+ Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure compliance with company-developed processes, procedures, and all applicable laws and regulations.
+ Notify management if subcontractor performance does not meet the requirements outlined in the Master Service Agreement.
+ Execute planned preventative maintenance (PM) and reactive maintenance on all equipment.
+ Monitor the Building Management System for running and alarm conditions, addressing HVAC-related client issues.
+ Perform building walkthroughs, taking meter readings from UPS, PDUs, and utilities.
+ Address facility and plant faults and defects with effective solutions.
+ Complete assigned work following established processes and procedures, adhering to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements. Conduct routine quality checks to maintain comprehensive maintenance records.
+ Complete all required training to ensure the successful completion of job-related responsibilities.
+ Utilize existing procedures to solve straightforward problems, with limited discretion.

**What You'll Need:**
+ Minimum Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician/NSW License Non restricted

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**To be successful in this role you will need the following:**
+ Be a trade qualified electrician
+ Hold a current Electrical Licence and/or Electrical contractor's license
+ Previous industrial experience in an industrial factory as a senior or sole electrician
+ An in depth understanding of control systems (including PLC and relay logic)
+ The ability to interpret electrical schematics
+ Strong PC skills
+ Excellent teamwork and customer service skills
+ A current, valid driver's license
