An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Health Care Support Worker (HCSW) to join our Integrated Care team in East Ross.

You must have effective communication, interpersonal skills and be a team player providing high standards of practice and quality person centred care. Flexible working is essential, working between two bases supporting the needs of the service.

As a HCSW you would provide support to members of the multi-disciplinary and multi-agency Community Teams in delivering high standards of holistic person centred care to patients and their families/carers. Working with nursing, physiotherapy and occupational therapy departments on a rotational basis, providing the best quality care whilst under direct and indirect supervision. It is expected the HCSW regularly works unsupervised both in clinic and community setting.

Working with patients/clients within their own community setting and at time within the community hospital in relation to identified care plans and goal centred activity, focussing on the key priority areas of maximising independence and supporting the individual to remain in their own home. Working to help support and facilitate prompt discharge from hospital and to actively work in a preventative way to reduce/prevent admission.

To work within defined parameters and scope of practice often unsupervised with delegated case/workload to fulfil agreed / assessed needs with a person centred focus this will involve a variety of tasks within a multidisciplinary framework such as wound care, basic vital signs, venepuncture, catheter care and provision of equipment.

A full current drivers licence and access to a car is essential.

With a proven history of driving growth in market share, achieving sales targets, customer obsession, and partner collaboration, this role will give you the opportunity to leverage your extensive customer network and sales experience to execute against your customer's account plan.
**Responsibilities**
+ As the customer advocate, you will develop, take accountability, and oversee the execution of account plan(s) to meet Microsoft revenue targets and customer outcomes.
+ You will engage with internal and external stakeholders on business planning, to promote mutually beneficial customer AI transformation strategies.
+ You will orchestrate the full customer team across all areas of Microsoft to ensure focus on delivering customer outcomes and build trust.
+ You will proactively develop an understanding of the customer's business and industry priorities to drive new business opportunities, growth, and net new business, and advocate on behalf of the customer internally, ensuring requests and needs of assigned accounts are being addressed.
+ You will deliver Sales Excellence while leading, coaching, and orchestrating extended virtual teams across our solution areas to achieve growth in revenue and market share.
+ Your leadership and mentorship will be crucial in driving your cross-functional team toward our goals, ensuring that everyone is aligned and motivated to perform at their best.
+ You will build and maintain a strong knowledge of customers' industry, associated business strategy, and key industry partners and solutions.
+ You will gain deeper insights and knowledge through direct engagement in your customers' business and operations.
**Qualifications**
Minimum Qualifications
+ 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, account management, or business development in a customer-facing role within the technology or healthcare industry.
+ Proven track record of developing and executing account plans that meet revenue goals and deliver measurable customer outcomes.
+ Demonstrated ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders across both internal teams and external customers.
+ Experience orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver value across the customer lifecycle.
+ Experience engaging with C-level executives (e.g., CIO, CTO, CDO, Chief Medical Officer) and leading executive-level business planning discussions.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Knowledge of the Healthcare industry and associated trends, business models, and partner ecosystems.
+ Proven ability to deliver customer success through long-term engagement, advocacy, and proactive issue resolution.
+ Experience leading extended virtual teams and navigating large matrixed organisations.
+ Familiarity with Microsoft products, services, and partner ecosystem is a plus.
+ Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
