As the practice nurse working in a Medical Health Centre you will provide a wide range of healthcare services, including patient health assessments, immunisations, chronic disease management, wound care, and assisting with minor procedures. This medical centre operates on a Walk-In basis (no set appointments) supporting doctors as needed, adaptability and flexibility
Job Details:
- Casual Adhoc Shifts as required
- Clinics operate 7 days a week
- Up to $55 per hour AM rate (based on experience) plus other shift penalties plus 12% superannuation
- Uniform provided after completing your first 5 shifts

- 03/10 9.00am-4.30pm

- Have full AHPRA registration with no restrictions
- Have a minimum of two years clinical experience in a Medical Practice
- Be proficiency in health assessments wound management, child and adult immunisations, dressing changes, and assisting with minor surgical procedures
- Experience with Iron Infusions - set up and observations (no cannulation)
- Have Immunisation certification - Adult and Child
- Cold Chain Management desirable but not essential
- Best Practice or Medical Director software experience highly regarded
- Have the ability to be adaptible and flexible in the work environment
- An up to date police check and WWCC will be required
- Must have full Australian working rights (i.e., Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency, a valid Working Visa, or New Zealand Citizenship)
