We are currently recruiting experienced Private Nurses to provide premium, one-to-one care for a VIP client currently based in Dubai , with the possibility of international travel aboard a luxury private yacht.

Your Role You will provide individualised, one-to-one nursing care to an 80-year-old VIP client , maintaining high standards of privacy, professionalism, and medical continuity throughout. We are seeking dedicated nurses for 4-12 week contracts in regional, coastal and remote locations across Australia. As a Locum Mental Health Nurse with cmr, you'll experience a range of meaningful roles across Australia's mental health care landscape. From community outreach to acute interventions, you'll provide critical support and care in:
- Acute Care Mental Health: Work in fast-paced acute care settings, managing urgent mental health crises, stabilising patients, and coordinating with emergency services. Use your crisis intervention skills to make a rapid impact during high-pressure situations.
- Inpatient Units: Deliver consistent, supportive care to individuals requiring more intensive mental health support. You'll manage daily assessments, administer medication, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to help stabilise and rehabilitate patients on their path to recovery.
- Community Mental Health: Be a key resource for patients outside the hospital environment, offering case management, comprehensive assessments, and care planning. Your work in community settings allows you to build deeper connections, empower clients, and support them through their recovery journey.
Each role allows you to make a difference while expanding your skills, from crisis intervention and comprehensive assessments to individualised care plans and community outreach.
Criteria:
To excel as a Travel Mental Health Nurse, you should have:
- Qualifications: Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA without restrictions.
- Experience: Ideally a minimum of 3 years in mental health nursing
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities to engage effectively with patients and team members.
- Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Transportation: A valid driver's license for community based regional and remote roles.
- Flexibility: Willingness to commit to travel nursing contracts in regional/remote areas for 4 - 12 weeks at a time.
