**Position Summary:**
+ Perform installation, maintenance, and preventive maintenance on electrical, HVAC&R, and plumbing systems
+ Calibrate, inspect, and operate controls, gauges, meters, valves, fire sprinkler, and alarm systems
+ Identify, locate, and operate shut-off valves and other safety equipment
+ Maintain and stock parts, tools, and supplies; manage inventory and purchase order logs
+ Use computers to enter, track, and retrieve work-related data
+ Operate power lifts and other mechanical equipment safely
+ Conduct life safety checks, including fire pump and generator run tests
+ Respond to repair requests promptly, ensuring effective resolution
+ Assist in developing disaster response protocols and facility safety plans

+ Prior facility management experience is preferred

+ Required technical qualifications in Electrical, HVAC&R, and Plumbing

**About the Role**
As a CBRE Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
**What You'll do**
+ Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
+ Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
+ Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
+ Review assigned work orders and partner with available systems to track completion.
+ Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.

**What You'll Need**
+ High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
+ Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
+ Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset

**Position Summary**
As the ALSE ( Aeronautical Life Support Equipment) Technician you have the responsibility of PTS ALSE support within contract CASG/ASD/030/2015/S.
**Main Responsibilities**
+ Pre-flight, post-flight and bay servicing of aircrew life support equipment
+ Bay servicing of aircraft personal survival packs
+ Kitting and fitting out of aircrew with their personal life support equipment

**Enough about us! What youll do as a Sr Technician:**
Working as part of the Technology team, this role provides IT and systems support to all departments within the station. This will offer exposure to a large and diverse range of equipment, from traditional broadcast equipment including studio cameras and standardised IT infrastructure, to customised applications, servers, and SAN storage.
**Functions will also include:**
+ Technical support and maintenance of Broadcast and IT equipment
+ Working with equipment suppliers to ensure minimum down time and optimal reliability of broadcast and IT equipment and systems.
+ Providing a professional high level of service and guidance to end users and clients.
+ Documentation of systems and procedures.
**What are we looking for in a Sr Technician? Whats important?**
Qualifications in IT or Systems Engineering and experience in the following areas:
+ Linux OS and scripting
+ Windows Systems Administration
+ Network Administration and Support
+ Hardware troubleshooting
Experience supporting and maintaining the following will be advantageous:
