**Position Summary:**
+ Perform installation, maintenance, and preventive maintenance on electrical, HVAC&R, and plumbing systems

About the role
Located in Pinkenba, the L3Harris Integration and Sustainment Centre a multi-faceted maintenance support entity that provides the L3Harris Communications Australia programs with through life maintenance support. Within this facility, as the lead of the Maintenance Team, this role is responsible for trouble shooting, problem solving and repair in support of a large fleet of Tactical Communications, ancillaries and digital radio equipment. Returning equipment to the user in a timely manner in a serviceable condition. Scheduling technical resources and personnel.
Use test instrumentation and equipment to perform fault diagnosis of digital and analogue assemblies in customer support environments. Provide technical support and guidance to Maintenance Team members. Support engineering functions as required. Use data collection tools to manage workflow and review failure trend analysis for contribution to continuous improvement programs. Provide customer support regarding product diagnostics as required which may involve customer site visits.

+ Work with minimal supervision and direct A-Level technicians and ground handlers as required during the execution of tasks
+ Work with the Crew Leaders to foster a sense of 'Safety First' within the technical workforce and ensure all OH & S/WHS requirements are adhered to
+ Be trained in, and conduct, limited ejection seat maintenance activities
+ Ensure Ground Support Equipment (GSE) is serviceable and report any defects or deficiencies
+ Report and raise any observations, through the appropriate process, with regard to continuous improvement, safety management and customer satisfaction
+ Carry out aircraft washing and associated corrosion control inspection
+ Carry out aircraft towing, repositioning and refuelling
+ Carry out flight line activities including flight servicing's, replenishments and marshalling
+ Work with the Quality and Aviation Safety Manager in the maintenance of Quality and Aviation Safety responsibilities including participation in audits, technical investigations as it applies to 'Human Factors in Maintenance'
+ Actively participate in the Quality and Safety Management System applications
+ Be dedicated to exceeding the customers' expectations and delivering an efficient operation, whilst maintaining a safe environment
+ Demonstrate commitment and compliance with all applicable Company Policies and Procedures, including the Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE), and provide ongoing promotion of Jet Aviation values.
+ Positively represent Jet Aviation as one company with internal and external stakeholders.
+ Other duties as may be assigned to you in support of operational requirements in discussion your People Leader.
