About The OPPORTUNITY

We’re offering a unique opportunity for a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Workplace Systems Transformation Specialist on a 3 year fixed term contract.

The Workplace Systems Transformation Specialist (IWMS – Integrated Workplace Management System) will be responsible for Workplace Solution’s implementation and operational readiness of a new space management and desk booking solution across BAE Systems Australia. This role ensures effective coordination of Workplace Solutions requirements, data, systems integration, training, and user adoption from project initiation to business-as-usual and beyond.

Key Responsibilities Include

Planning & Build Phase

  • Serve as the Workplace Solutions lead in collaboration with the Project Manager, this position is responsible for the space management and desk booking project (WPS-POS), collaborating closely with IT -Digital, Data & Cyber (DDC), HR, Change Management, Real Estate Analyst, Workplace Planner, and Regional Managers
  • Lead engagement with internal stakeholders to further define and document existing system and user requirements
  • Coordinate Workplace Solutions data mapping, cleansing, and vendor inputs to ensure alignment with vendor system requirements

Implementation & Post-Go-Live Phase

  • Coordinate Workplace Solutions user acceptance testing, validate system configuration, and support refinement based on feedback
  • Support Workplace Solutions data integration, system readiness, and configuration validation
  • Support development and coordination of training materials and onboarding resources, in collaboration with the dedicated Change Manager
  • Liaise with and guide internal stakeholders to validate business needs and ensure alignment of functionality with operational use
  • Track adoption and usage metrics, monitor data readiness, report risks, and provide regular updates to Workplace Solutions leadership
  • Support the transition to steady-state operations, develop operational documentation, embed data stewardship processes, and contribute to continuous improvement

About YOU

You will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in implementing a workplace/facilities technology platform, IWMS is preferred (e.g., IBM Tririga, Manhatten, Archibus, Serraview, etc.)
  • A strong understanding of workplace and space management principles
  • Experience managing and integrating large data sets, preferably related to property or facilities
  • A background in project coordination within complex organisational environments
  • Experience developing user training resources and supporting user adoption
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across business functions
  • Familiarity with change management principles and working within structured change environments
  • Tertiary qualifications in Facilities Management, Property, Architecture, Information Systems, Project Management or a related field (highly desirable)
  • Certifications or training in IWMS platforms (e.g. IBM Tririga, Manhatten, Archibus, Serraview, etc.) or relevant workplace systems (highly desirable)
  • Eligibility to hold an Australian Defence security clearance or eligibility to obtain

This position is an entry-level role that provides the opportunity to participate in the Sales Development Program at Textron Aviation. The Sales Operations Associate (SDP) is a 9-month program that consists of eight functional rotations that focus on the key elements of our business. + Previous experience working within a consultancy will be highly regarded.
+ Experience engaging with clients in any one or more of the following: Government, Water, Environment, major construction and infrastructure projects
+ A sound understanding of project management frameworks, preferably with Project Management qualifications/certifications (e.g. PMP) or working towards attainment
+ Broad appreciation and interest water infrastructure projects, including some or all of the following:
+ Water and sewerage networks
+ Water and wastewater treatment plants
+ Water resources
+ Dams and hydropower.

Key job responsibilities
- Support vulnerability host and OS detection campaigns by working closely with Campaign Owners to launch and continuously improve the quality of campaigns across Amazon.
- Assess and negotiate with customers to drive down security risk by engaging with teams to remediate critical security vulnerabilities in their environments.
- Leveraging your technical expertise to understand technical challenges, design improved solutions, and hold a high program bar responsible for program reporting and maintaining metrics and providing insights.
- Manage the operational health of the VMRO team by building and reporting SLA and KPI metrics to leadership and identifying improvements, and building programs to deliver these improvements.
- Work with internal stakeholders to improve campaign health and work with customers to drive remediation of security vulnerabilities across Amazon.
- Work closely with security engineers to maintain operational stability and inform priorities for innovative development efforts to drive high impact improvements to operational processes across Vulnerability Operations, Campaigns and Issue Health Management.
- Being part of a global operational team, this role also requires flexibility of schedule and the ability and willingness to work outside of normal daytime business hours.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity or related technical degree or equivalent; Masters degree; or 5+ years equivalent technology experience; or 5+ years of technical program management experience working directly with security and software engineering teams
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building knowledge and processes
- Experience defining operational KPI's/SLA's and reporting to senior leadership by building dashboards with business intelligence tools such as Amazon QuickSight, RedShift, etc
- Experience writing SQL queries and deep diving complex datasets
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in fields such a Security Operations, technology audit, or security vulnerability lifecycle
- High level communication and data presentation skills that allow you to clearly, compellingly, and effectively influence audiences internally and externally, across organizational boundaries
- Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design and providing customer requirements to engineering teams
- Experience building and operating Vulnerability Management, Threat Intelligence, Incident Response, or other security programs with hundreds of stakeholders and executive leadership visibility

**About the Role:**
A dynamic Project Manager role in the manufacturing site in Vienna, where you'll lead impactful projects spanning product implementation, efficiency improvements, and global initiatives. **How you will contribute:**
+ Lead and manage diverse projects related to product implementation, assurance, production technology, and efficiency improvements using established project management standards.

**What you bring to Takeda:**
+ Academic background in natural sciences / engineering / construction or related fields, ideally at the university level.
+ Multiple years of project management experience with medium to highly complex projects, preferably holding a PM certification (e.g., PMI or IPMA Level B) and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
+ Proven project management experience within the pharmaceutical industry, demonstrating a structured and holistic approach to problem-solving.
+ Strong organizational skills, data compilation and analysis capabilities, and the ability to think strategically and creatively to develop effective solutions.
+ Excellent collaboration and teamwork abilities, alongside maturity, social competency, and troubleshooting expertise.
+ Proficiency in German and English (spoken and written) and advanced computing skills, with awareness of quality systems within the pharmaceutical sector.
+ Firm presentation and communication skills in both German and English.

**About you**
We are looking for a **Project Manager - New Equipment** based in **Mascot, NSW.** In this role, you will work closely with other Installers, Electricians, Adjusters, Trade Assistants, Field Engineers, and Construction Coordinators.

**As a Project Manager, your key responsibilities will include**
+ Manage and administer Electra NE & MODs contracts according to the Electra's Sales Installation Process' (SIP).
+ Sets objectives and priorities, assigns and reviews tasks, performance, and staffing requirements, and maintains the resource plan.
+ Maintains a high-performance team by recruiting, developing, and motivating field labor, setting appropriate standards of performance, and coaching the team.
+ Ensures that Installation teams maintain approved site programs, attend site meetings, and exercise line authority over all allocated installation field labor.
+ Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, government inspectors, consultants, and within Electra to understand business challenges and recommend innovative integrated business solutions.
+ Ensures that reports, contract records, site diaries, accident reports, time sheets, and manpower charts are completed and submitted as required by Electra/Otis policies, procedures and state requirements.
+ Proactively reports project risk and deliverable issues and participates in monthly project reviews with the branch and head office.
**What you will need to be successful**
+ A tertiary qualification in Building or Engineering and/or an Electrical or Mechanical Trade Certificate is preferred.
+ Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management of Lift and Escalator installations.
+ Engage frequently and effectively with various stakeholders within Sales, New Equipment, Contract Management, Builders, Consultants, and other project stakeholders.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Effective planning and organizational skills.
+ Be a self-starter who can work safely and efficiently in a dynamic environment.
+ Able to work autonomously and in a team with minimal supervision.
